The fish mongers always sell a combination of fresh and frozen fish, some of the “fresh” fish is previously frozen, but by mid day you’d never know it because after sitting out for several hours it has more or less thawed.
Today I noticed that all the fish I passed sitting on the street was still frozen solid.and thisIt looks like a dangerous weapon, doesn’t it? At least this way you aren’t deceived into thinking the previously frozen fish is fresh 😉
