Above is an Indian spiced stone front chutney with toasted coconut and pecans, below is my grass-fed lamb marinating (Tumeric, Garlic, Ginger, and yes Salt!) Recipes to follow – this is my first sunny day here at the beach so I need to go make the most of it. I loved making this Indian Beach food dish (Goa being the Portuguese beach colony on India’s west coast) which is redolent of fresh grated coconut. Curry on the beach – who’d have thought?
