Last week there were 2 big dinner parties…the menu above was from Friday’s birthday dinner for my friend Chris.
I love cooking Indian and Thai food, more only problem is with how long everything takes to make, all that spice roasting and grinding, herb washing and de-stemming, Samosa rolling and filling and forming and frying (not to mention making the sauces to dip them in!) and on and on. This is the kind of food that is best made with friends who come over early and help.
