My first dinner in Toronto was this delicious home cooked one made by Kim Dirko at my brother David’s place. Pan fried shrimp with orange peel and hot peppers. radishes fried in butter with sauteed radish greens and eggplant roasted and garlic. Baguette, cheese and lots of good wine rounded out the evening. Nothin’ better than a home cooked meal. My favorite, if I had to choose were the radishes, brilliant!
